Wait Mama...

Since working on a new film these days, I am going through some of my old work and finding interesting pieces. This drawing came spontaneously, while sitting by my old desk at my parents' house, with yellow lamp light, using the leftover ink from my childhood. That was during my visit to Lithuania in 2001.

  1. Interesting drawing. Everything is said in colors and strokes. Wow!!!!!

And you can interpret it differently according to your imagination. You divided this drawing in two parts. One part is light with blue sun. Mama and her children are in the dark part of the painting. I wonder why?.... I can only guess.

I love this drawing so much. What is interesting is that I can tell a story about these three people. Interesting composition.....

    Great, Ruah!!!!!!!!

  5. Sort of feels like the transition between day and night, and that the older lady (mother) is leading the children forward through time. This is an interesting drawing and composition, I really love your art!
